The location. The room was lovely... big and bright. Great air conditioning. The room was cooled when I checked in. The staff at reception were great. Stupidly I left a bag with my passport on the bus that brought me from the airport. They contacted the bus company and I got my bag back within an hour. The following day they contacted the bus company for me again and arranged that the airport bus pick me up very nearby and bring me to the airport for 50,000 dong. A great service. Really appreciated. 10 out of 10. I recommend this hotel highly....just be prepared for the somewhat disappointing but OK breakfast.

The staff was super helpful and friendly! The rooms on the upper floors and nice and comfy and the hotel is super clean. The breakfast buffet (in the weekends) is good enough, especially if you like Asian breakfast. The location was perfect. Super close to the city center, restaurants and minimarkets.

This hotel was close to town but not too close meaning it was quieter. The amenities were good, room clean and comfortable bed. the staff were helpful and the breakfast team were incredible. Breakfast was good and the buffet changed daily.

Location was good, easy access via grab to markets and other attractions. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom was good. The staff were helpful and friendly especially the reception staff with our onward booking - they assisted us with local knowledge of how to travel to our next destination - something we were not able to work out - thanks guys. The rooftop breakfast area was good along with the selection of food

Staff was helpful. Great breakfast in the spacious restaurant on the 5th floor. The lady in the restaurant served us food with a smile. I appreciated the hotel renting new motorbikes with clean helmets.

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Ms. Tran Ngan Binh helped us change our flight booking which we were struggling to accomplish on our smartphone by using the hotel computer. The room was spacious, the bathroom and shower stall (rainfall head, handheld head and normal tap) was great. King sized bed was very comfortable. While there was no AC, the stand fan helped a lot during the night. Sufficient eateries nearby, primarily local. One ramen place on nearby street. Nearby pharmacy within 200m opens early morning!

Good location. Large room good breakfast. Our room was down the side so away from the main road noise. It over looked a primary school which started early with music.

The location is very convenient and the staff in the property are so nice it is great value for money and I will 100% recommend that you book this in the dalat. They are very nice.
